Welcome to Collective Efforts, LLC – a women-owned, civil and environmental engineering consulting firm established in 2000. Collective Efforts is a certified women-owned business (WBE) headquartered in West View Borough, a northern suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We also have an office in Boardman, Ohio to better serve our Ohio clients. Collective Efforts is owned by two professional women engineers with overlapping expertise in the civil and environmental engineering fields. We employ a staff of civil engineers and environmental scientists with a varying expertise. We have been successful by employing a team approach on our projects.
We believe that performance and client interaction are key to project success. The primary benefit of having a small firm work for you is that you will know our personnel, from our principals to our administrative staff. Collective Efforts offers a hands-on approach and the professionals that you meet will be those completing the work and meeting your project needs.

- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) under the Pennsylvania and Ohio Unified Certification Programs (UCP)
- Small Diverse Business (SDB) with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services
